Essentials oils have been around since Biblical times … probably longer and can be used for so many things.

My personal choice is Young Living Essential Oils – they are pure therapeutic grade oils and can be used in so many ways from you own person rituals to diffusing to cooking to healing.

There are many essential oils out there so if you do choose something else, please make sure they are pure and not mixed with any chemicals.

Reiki is a non-invasive process that promotes overall health and well-being – it restores balance to the body’s energy system on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It benefits everyone and is valuable for all ages. I work with all beings – yes, that includes humans, animals and plants.

Reiki can be used with animals as well as people – all beings receive balance from a session. As with people, animals receive the same restorative, peaceful feeling. Animals are very intuitive and know exactly what this energy is for – as long as they get to know the practitioner, Reiki can prove to be very beneficial to animals. It’s all about trust and love.

I am also an Animal Communicator. When I work with an animal they send me words, phrases or pictures in an effort to convey how they feel or what they need from their owner. It is so rewarding to see the bond between an owner and their pet strengthen. I am learning so much as well. Animals are amazing.

Reiki session is a collaboration between me and you. When we get together for the session, we will discuss what you would like the energy to do for you. This isn’t like a regular massage, there is no manipulation of muscle, but it is hands on (if that’s okay with you) and the areas covered are your energy centers – also known as Chakras.
